表现在加强层的故障:
(1) 软管破裂,破口附近编织钢丝生锈软管破裂,剥去外胶层检查,发现破口附近编织钢丝生锈。这主要是由于该层受潮湿或腐蚀性物质的作用所致,削弱了软管强度,导致高压时破裂。
(2) 软管加强层未生锈,但加强层出现不规则断丝现象。
软管破裂,剥去外胶层未发现加强层生锈,但加强层长度方向出现不规则断丝,其主要原因是软管受到高频冲击力的作用。
胶管与接头装配时的扣压量和扣压速度选择不当,或接头的结构和、材质、尺寸选择不合理,都可导致胶管与接头压的过紧或过松,造成接头处早期损坏。
此外,接头设计不合理、加工质量差,也会造成内胶损坏;若接头材质选择不当,在扣压过程中易产生变形,从而影响扣压质量,使胶管的寿命缩短。
胶管选用、安装不合理。在更换高压胶管时,所选用胶管的长度、钢丝层数、接头形状和尺寸都要合理,且应尽量减小胶管弯曲程度;在拧紧接头螺母时,不要使胶管产生扭曲,过大的弯曲和扭曲会大大降低胶管的使用寿命;对一些容易发生摩擦的部位应采取防护措施,以防止胶管因磨损而爆裂。
